# Consent in Mobile Environments

Regardless of the channel, LiveRamp requires explicit consent for users in the European Economic Area (see [here](https://docs.authenticated-traffic-solution.com/docs/consent-and-ats) for more details). We accept the same standard TCFv2 consent string as on the web in the ATS API call.
