RampID API Security Enhancements

On April 16, 2024, LiveRamp will deploy routine security enhancements to the following APIs:

  • RampID Retrieval API
  • Envelope Decryption API
  • Transcoding API

No outages or interruption of service should occur. However, if you observe an increase in 403 errors or see errors including "Cloudflare" or any Cloudflare error codes, create a case in LiveRamp Community or contact your LiveRamp representative and include the error in the case description.
