Enqueues work and returns immediately with a job id. Poll GET /v1/sizes/{id} until the job completes.

Rule and metadata for the dataset whose size you want to estimate.

Rule (and optional metadata) describing the audience whose size you want. The service enqueues work and returns a job id in CalculateSizeResponse.
