Send Mobile App Events to Meta and TikTok CAPI

Marketers can now send mobile app events to Meta and TikTok CAPI by creating an HTTP POST call. Previously, the CAPI program only supported sending online events that occurred on websites. This enhancement will allow marketers running campaigns on mobile applications to efficiently send app events together with identity envelopes for improved measurement.

To start sending mobile app events:

  1. Log in to Console.

  2. Create a new Meta or TikTok CAPI integration and select Mobile App as the Action Source.

  3. Create the request by supplying the required keys for app events. To learn how to do this, see "The Meta CAPI Program for Online Conversions" and "The TikTok Events API".
