Lists supported platforms for a seller

Lists a seller’s available platform Ad network IDs.

You can list the platform Ad network IDs available to you and determine if an available platform is approved for syndicated, custom, and/or direct segment types.

For direct segment types, hasApprovedDirectAgreement must be true.
