After we've configured file ingestion, every time you send LiveRamp a file, it will automatically be anonymized, segmented, and stored within LiveRamp. We store no PII within the LiveRamp system itself, and automatically delete all input files within 30 days.
Once the file has gone through this ingestion process, its segments will show up in in LiveRamp Connect and be available to distribute to a destination.
API Access Point
At this point, you will also be able to find the segments via the segment API endpoints.
You can use the Connect UI to create derived segments and test/control segments, but this functionality is not currently available via API. More information can be found at this page.
