contactFlags Bundle

For calls to the Match Endpoint, the contactFlags bundle returns information about whether the touchpoints (email, phone, and postal address) included in the API call are the best contacts for that individual. "Best" is determined through the LiveRamp Identity Graph, and may not be the same touchpoint identified as "best" by your internal metrics.

A name must be provided with an email or phone touchpoint

A contactFlags bundle is only populated if a name is provided along with an email, phone, or postal touchpoint. It will not populate for email-, phone-, or postal-only inputs.
