Enable SFTP Access for Your Customer

Your customers will upload their data to LiveRamp within your application UI via LiveRamp’s SFTP. To generate the SFTP credentials that will need to entered, use our Connect UI to create a reseller client account for them.

Follow the instructions in "Add a New Reseller Client", making sure to enter a customer email address in the “Email SFTP credentials to” field.

When your customer uploads files from within your application UI, have them enter the SFTP credentials they receive by email.
