Uploading the File to LiveRamp
After you've correctly configured the file, upload the file to LiveRamp's SFTP.
The application needs to upload the file to the customer-specific SFTP directory given by your LiveRamp representative for the specific data type (PII, mobile device IDs, etc.) being uploaded (SFTP credentials and directory are different for each customer).
- Note: Exceeding the maximum average of 1 file upload per hour might result in SLAs not being met. When uploading multiple files, do not exceed 24 per day.
