This operation facilitates creation of a Cleanroom Question Run for a given Cleanroom Question. The Cleanroom Question must be in the READY state before a run can be created. If datasets have not yet been configured, use the configureCleanroomQuestionDatasets operation (POST /cleanroom-questions/{cleanroomQuestionId}/datasets) first.
Important: There is a 20-call-per-hour limit on Create a Question Run calls.
