Creates a new cleanroom from a template in one call (UI "Generate Clean Room"). The generated cleanroom includes questions, flows, question permissions, Habu Intelligence dashboards (when the template has HI enabled), and value constraints. Flows and intelligence are applied asynchronously. When questionIds is omitted, all cloneable template question IDs are included. When questionPermissions is omitted, template default question permissions are applied. Optional constraintOverrides customize value constraints on the target; otherwise source constraints are cloned as-is. Only cleanRoom.name is required for a full generate.
